People take up running for many different reasons, from weight loss to off-season conditioning for athletics to improve cardiovascular health.  But did you know that running is an effective way to strengthen one’s faith as well?

 

Run for God – The 10K Challenge is a guide to running and a twelve-week training plan aimed at running a 10K, but with a Christian focus.  The 10K Challenge introduces runners to the parallels of faith and fitness.  The workout plans, discussion questions, and Bible verses make it both a practical resource and workbook for individuals and groups, especially new runners.  From advice about shoes and injuries to tips on race etiquette, the 10K Challenge will be educational and inspirational.

 

We have Run for God Challenges for all levels of runners, even those who have never run.  Learn to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ while understanding the parallels of enduring a sport like running and enduring your faith.
