Subscription fees for RunClub are eligible for a refund up to 15 days from the date of the most recent charge.
If your most recent charge was for the renewal of your RunClub membership please click here to request your refund via email. As long as your charge was within the last 15 days, a refund will be issued, no questions asked!
Make sure to provide the email address associated with your RunClub account so we can issue the refund as quickly as possible.
